D.O.A.(Defective On Arrival) Product

  • DOA item 1 to 1 exchange. ( Please report to us as soon as possible)
  • Items are given 7-days one-to-one exchange for DOA (defective on arrival) warranty from the day it is shipped out unless otherwise stated in the posting. Please test all items received immediately and report any defaults immediately via email.
  • Buyers pay the return delivery fees. We pay the replacement delivery fees, however, all transactions will be handle fairly to a win-win situation. Please inform us the money spent for return fees, we will send back free gift which is worth it.
  • Return item must be full set with accessories, box and manual.
  • Return item must reach us within 3 days times.

All Our Product Warranty

  • All new item (except certain auction items) comes with 7 days personal warranty and one year manufacturer warranty.
  • Personal warranty - We would replace for you another set (one to one exchange) if the item is found faulty within 7 days from the day it is shipped out.
  • Manufacturer warranty - We provide 1 year manufacturer warranty. Buyer would need to bear courier charges to the factory. ( RM 35 ringgit)
  • We would pay the service fees of RM 45.
  • Firmware/ Software/ system file corrupted after hot plug or after user format is not covered by warranty. Service fees RM 50 apply.
  • Mp3 player with AAA battery operated : Please remove battery when player is not in use.
  • For all manufacturer warranty claim, transit time would be 3-6 weeks.
  • If there is a member who send back item that does not belong to us for warranty, we will not send back the player unless the specific member pay all processing fees. (RM 150)

  • C.O.D ( Cash On Delivery ) is allowed around Subang Jaya and also must be agreed between us and the buyer.
  • We will not entertained emails than ask questions that make no sense.
  • Feel free to call us at our mobile phones if u have any enquiries. However, we prefer email communication if it is possible.
  • Trade-in or exchange is not acceptable.
  • Please EMAIL me with your questions if you have any enquiries about the items before purchasing.
  • Email with banking details will be send after purchase has been confirm.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
  • Kindly complete deal within 5 days. This is to ensure smooth transaction

  • We appreciate your positive feedback and will gladly return the courtesy.
  • Please report immediately if the item sent is defective or something is missing once you have receive the parcel!
  • Please take note that the unit sold has no refund issue (even new set!). We would replace a new set if it is within personal warranty. (7 days)
  • Please conclude any clarification prior purchasing as all sales are final and non-refundable. We would replace a new set if it is within personal warranty ( 7 days)
